•              40 Result Sets are the maximum range used in all percentage failure equations, if there are less than 40 in the system then this number is reduced.

•              All percentage failure rates are rounded to 2 decimal places.

•              In places where the figure is shown without any date selection, the latest date is set as the current date.

•              Where a date is chosen by month and year, the date used is always the last calendar day of the chosen month.
