An exception report is created when one or more plate locations have a total number of organisms that are higher than the action level set for that location. One exception report can be created per room, per date. There can be multiple plates on one exception report.
An Outstanding Exception Report is one that no one in your team has acknowledged as of yet.
Please note that not all users have access to Exception Reports in MRS.
